ATLANTA — About two weeks after making an arrest, police released surveillance video of a violent armed robbery at a Buckhead taco restaurant in hopes of identifying three other suspects.
Four masked men broke into Velvet Taco on Nov. 23, which led to a manager being pistol-whipped and a gunshot being fired, Atlanta police said. Four days later, officers arrested restaurant employee Quayshawn Green, 23, naming him as the man who orchestrated the crime, AJC.com previously reported.
The surveillance video only shows glimpses of the suspects’ faces, since they attempted to keep them covered with masks or hoods during the incident. Police are hoping those moments will be enough for someone to recognize them and help officers hunt them down.

The robbery at the popular taco joint that opened on West Paces Ferry Road in September took place about 4:30 a.m. and lasted less than 15 minutes, police said. No one was struck by the bullet that was fired during the incident. The group got away with $3,255 in cash.
Green faces charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Fulton County Jail records show. He also has a hold out of DeKalb County. He remains in jail without bond.
