DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Authorities have made a second arrest in a shooting that led to the death of a 13-year-old boy and an adult.
DeKalb deputies and the U.S. Marshals arrested a 16-year-old on Tuesday in connection to the July 2 deaths of Demarcus Shirley, 13, and Chauncey Newman, 45.
They say they have been searching for the teen for nearly a week before finding him along Flat Shoals Road on Tuesday.

Investigators say Webb fired several shots into a home on Rockcliff Road where several young boys were having a sleepover.
Friends told to Channel 2 Action News that Newman said he was a mentor known as “Pops” to young boys in the community, running what they described as an “unofficial group home.”
Only Newman and Shirley were injured in the shooting.
The juvenile is being held at a local youth detention center and faces two counts of malice murder, 10 counts of aggravated assault, four violations of the Street Gang Act and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Last month, 21-year-old Keyshun Webb was arrested and charged in the deaths.
He faces 11 charges, including two counts of murder, eight counts of aggravated assault and one count of cruelty to animals. He is currently being booked into the DeKalb County Jail.
