ATLANTA — A 10-year-old girl with autism who had been missing since Friday is now safe.
Police had issued a missing person call for Rozaria Johnson, who didn't return home Friday night.
"She was playing with the other kids and after that supposedly, she was headed back to her house. But somewhere between she didn't end up back inside," said Atlanta police Capt. William Ricker.
Police told Pozen they found Johnson at a friend's place after a miscommunication with parents.
Channel 2's Lauren Pozen was there as police found the child just before 8 a.m. Saturday morning.
