DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police have arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with the shooting deaths of two young boys Sunday night on North Hairston Road.

Police said Julian Ellis was arrested Tuesday and is facing two counts of felony murder and six counts of aggravated assault.
Channel 2 Action News previously reported on the shooting that left the two brothers dead.
The victims were identified as 11-year-old Jamarion Rolle and 12-year-old Jakhi Clark.
Two women, ages 19 and 37, were also shot in the incident. Both survived and were treated for their injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
