HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — Police have released new details about a deadly shooting that left two people dead and another injured in a Henry County neighborhood Wednesday morning.

According to investigators, the violence unfolded after a verbal argument between several individuals in the driveway of a home in the South River Manor subdivision.
Police said 43-year-old Kuilang Wang shot and killed his co-worker, Yuan Su, 43, and wounded another co-worker, Bo Li, 47, while they were sitting inside a vehicle. Investigators said Wang then turned the gun on himself and died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Li was taken to Piedmont Henry Hospital, where he remains under treatment.
Officers responded to the scene on Limbaugh Valley Drive around 10:36 a.m. Wednesday. Henry County police said they secured the area and determined there was no ongoing threat to the community.
NewsChopper 2 flew over the scene as officers taped off a large area surrounding the home. Channel 2’s Michael Doudna reported seeing two men being patted down and placed into police vehicles, though they were not handcuffed.

Before police released details, a witness told Channel 2 Action News through a translator app that two people had been arguing outside the home before someone pulled out a gun.
A shattered vehicle window and a bullet hole in the driver’s side door could be seen at the scene.
Neighbors said they were stunned by the violence in what they say is a peaceful community.
“I was shocked once I saw the crime tape. I didn’t know what was going on,” one neighbor told Dounda.
Neighbors said the homeowners were friendly and quiet.
“They were very quiet,” another neighbor said. “They would wave when walking their dogs.”
Residents said incidents like this are rare in the neighborhood.
“Things like that just don’t happen in this neighborhood. It’s a very quiet neighborhood,” a neighbor said.
As investigators continue to piece together exactly what led to the deadly confrontation, neighbors said they are focused on supporting the family and community members affected by the tragedy.
“My prayer is hopefully the family will be able to get through what’s going on, and hopefully the neighborhood will all come together and support one another once they figure out what’s going on,” the neighbor said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
