DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Police are looking to identify a man suspected of illegally dumping a refrigerator in an apartment parking lot.
Detectives have already identified one suspect as 31-year-old Ali Muta-Ali.
The incident occurred in the 6500 block of Brannon Hill Road on Aug. 16 after a resident called police to report a vehicle pulling up outside her home.

Surveillance video captured two men unloading the appliance from a white Honda Odyssey and leaving it in the lot before driving away.
Police identified Muta-Ali as the suspect seen without a hat in surveillance images. Investigators are trying to determine the identity of the second suspect, who was seen on video wearing a hat.
