COBB COUNTY, Ga. — An employee noticed a man exposing himself in front of women at a mall.

Police say it happened inside a store at Town Center Mall, Channel 2 Cobb County Bureau Chief Michele Newell learned.
Cobb County Police say they arrested Steven Biancofiore after someone caught him performing the act in front of shoppers.
An employee noticed a man in rue21 who wasn’t there to shop.
Police say he was caught looking at women in the store and inappropriately touching himself while he looked at women in the store.

“It’s disturbing, like even to think about it, because I come to the mall all the time,” said shopper Theonique Henderson.
The 20-year-old rue21 employee alerted her manager when she noticed what Biancofiore was doing in the store.
Police say Biancofiore admitted to what he did.
He is charged with public indecency.
“I bring things with me to protect myself, and I mind my business and walk straight ahead to where I’m going. I don’t let anything come inside of my focus,” said shopper Carol Newman.
