GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County police released the identity of the man who was killed in a shooting and said a suspect is in custody.

Channel 2 Action News reported on the deadly shooting Monday.
Ty’shawn Frank is the 29-year-old who was found shot to death in a townhome in the Tucker area.
The motive of the shooting remains unclear at this time, but detectives believe drugs were involved.
Police said that Loren Tademy was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and theft by taking.

Frank was arrested in Savannah area and is in Chatham County jail.
Police previously said the man who had died did not live at the home but was there for a planned visit. The man who lives there came back from work and found him.
Neighbors say the home has a recording studio inside, and visitors came and went at times.
