SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — Bullets grazed a father and narrowly missed his son when their South Fulton home was shot up dozens of times.
Police say they found at least 40 shell casings at the home Sable Glen Road, but the cars sitting outside weren’t damaged.
Channel 2’s Candace McCowan went inside the home and the victim showed her all the bullet holes, including one just above his two-month-old son’s bassinet, which he was in.

“My wife and me are in the bed and I hear a lot of noise,” Nelio Matute said. “They try to kill people because we live in the house, many cars are outside. They know that people are in the house.”
They say the shooting happened at a time when his wife would normally be sewing dresses for church at a place where they found a bullet home.
“They don’t care about life really,” Matute said.
