Police said they were originally called out to McAfee Street after neighbors heard gunfire in the area.
Investigators said a fight broke out after a group of teenagers showed up while riding scooters.
Channel 2′s Audrey Washington spoke with someone who said they saw most of what happened that July night.
“I seen a lot of commotion. I was like that was not a fight, that was gunshots,” the witness said. “By the time I got out of the car and got into the house, I just seen a lot of police cars and ambulances coming down here.”
