As the plane was leaving, the pilot reported that he retracted the landing gear before realizing he wasn’t going to have enough lift to clear the runway.
That’s when he tried to redeploy the landing gear, but didn’t have enough time and landed and skidded on the runway. The plane left the end of the runway and crashed into an antenna.
