LITHONIA, Ga. — The DeKalb County Police Department has issued a Mattie’s Call for an elderly man with dementia Wednesday night.

The missing man’s name is Earnest Tarver. The 67-year-old was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 23.
His last known whereabouts are in the 6200 block of Sayler Park in Lithonia.
He is described at 6′1″, 210 pounds, bald with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants.
