ATLANTA — A truck driver accused of shooting a man after an argument over a late delivery appeared before a judge Friday.
David Crump, 67, was arrested here in Georgia after a shooting at an Orange County warehouse
Crump is charged with attempted second-degree murder with a firearm.

According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, the shooting happened around noon on Aug. 26 near Boice Pond Road in south Orange County.
Investigators say Crump was supposed to make a delivery to a warehouse but arrived hours late, then got into an argument with a worker.
According to the arrest affidavit, a witness told investigators he saw two men arguing in the warehouse parking lot and one of them was holding a firearm.
The affidavit says the suspect punched the victim, the victim punched back and the suspect then shot him.

Investigators say witnesses gave them photos and video of the confrontation.
One video mentioned in the affidavit allegedly captured Crump threatening the victim.
“I’ll kill you,” Crump could be heard saying while placing his hands around the victim’s neck, according to the document.
The victim told investigators he was shot once in the arm.
Detectives say Crump left the scene in his semi-truck.
The affidavit says Crump contacted the company he was working for as a third-party contractor.

The company tracked the vehicle by GPS as it traveled north through Jacksonville and into Georgia.
In a statement, the Glynn County Police Department said an officer found a vehicle matching information in a BOLO for a shooting suspect out of Orlando.
Crump was later taken into custody and returned to Florida.
“You will be held without bond. I will appoint a public defender,” the judge said.
Crump is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail. His next court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 10.
