McCusker, who has been with the department since 1995, was found by internal affairs investigators to have gotten paid from secondary jobs while being paid by the sheriff’s office for the same hours, commonly referred to as “double dipping.”

They say for five consecutive weeks, McCusker did not work typically recognized business hours.
