Police need the public's help in locating two men who carjacked and kidnapped a man in Gwinnett County.
A witness told police that the men forced Frasdilla to drive them in the victim's white Acura TSX, which was last seen driving toward Pleasant Hill Road.
Neil Frasdilla, 21, was approached by two men with handguns in the parking lot of Luxor Karaoke and Bar, according to Gwinnett County police.
Employees didn't want to speak to Channel 2 Action News reporter Alyssa Hyman on camera but said Frasdilla has come to the bar a few times before.
His neighbors are still trying to wrap their head around what happened.
"It's kind of surprising. I hate that something like this has happened," a neighbor told Hyman.
