MARIETTA, Ga. — After a toddler was found wandering a busy Marietta street by himself, his babysitter is facing charges.
Marietta police say a 3-year-old boy was spotted walking alone on Franklin Gateway at Twin Brooks Drive on Monday afternoon.

After picking him up, police put out a call on social media to identify his parents.
Soon after, they were able to reunite him with his family.
His babysitter, 22-year-old Maria Rivera, has now been charged with cruelty to children and reckless conduct.
She is being held in the Cobb County Jail.
