CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Due to thunderstorms in the area, a ground stop was issued at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The ground stop expired at 10 p.m.
Know before you go: Airport departure delays are averaging about 100 minutes, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Ground stops were also issued earlier in the day.
