20-year-old Caleb Guy had been training for this moment for two years.

He was surrounded by the adoring public and signed photos at the Chick-fil-A along Cumming Highway in Canton Tuesday.

Caleb is a kayaker and Special Olympian and a member of Team USA.

He is well-known and is about to celebrate his fourth anniversary working at the restaurant.

“He’s very competitive. He gets that very honestly from his dad and I. He likes to compete in whatever sport he’s doing,” Caleb’s mom, Mollie, told Channel 2 Action News.

Put a paddle in his hands, and he’s unstoppable.

“You’re really good at it?” Petersen asked.

“Yeah,” Caleb exclaimed.
