Strong storms moved through middle and north Georgia Saturday, downing trees and sparking flood warnings in some areas.
On Sunday, the chance for severe weather rises to a level 2 threat. For Mother's Day, primary threats are damaging winds, hail and isolated tornadoes. In addition, heavy rain and lightning will accompany storms.
