According to the order, he will be required to stay at his Alpharetta home and attend school virtually. Anyone under 16, including his siblings, are not allowed to live in or visit the home.
He is only allowed to leave the home for doctor and court appearances.
The teen will also not be allowed to use a cell phone or social media.
Prosecutors argued that Biermann Jr. should be denied bond because he is a danger to those close to him and they did not want him being around his younger siblings.
“I don’t believe there are any conditions that you can put on him for bond that would adequately safeguard potential future victims, including those that are close to him, including people who know him,” prosecutors told the judge during the bond hearing.

According to the indictment, Biermann Jr. is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl inside a locked changing room at an Alpharetta gym.
“This would mark the second time he’s now been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious magnitude,” prosecutors said.
They say Biermann Jr. has been under juvenile court supervision from a 2023 case where investigators found videos on his cellphone of him sexually assaulting around his same age.
Defense attorney Jason Sheffield says he has not seen records from that case.
He asked the court to release Biermann. Channel 2 Action News is working to learn if he posted bond and has been released from custody.
Webb tried speaking with Zolciak, who was escorted out of court by deputies, but she did not answer any questions.
