PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — A months-long investigation into several metro Atlanta massage businesses has resulted in multiple arrests, the seizure of more than $400,000 in cash and the identification of potential human trafficking victims.
According to the Peachtree City Police Department, its Crime Suppression Unit worked with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Human Exploitation and Trafficking (HEAT) Unit, the Tyrone Police Department and numerous other agencies during the investigation.

On Sept. 29, approximately 100 law enforcement officers executed search warrants at nine locations connected to the case, including businesses in Peachtree City, Tyrone and Atlanta.
Among the businesses named in the investigation were:
- Oak and Stone Massage in Peachtree City
- Serene Spa in Tyrone
- Healing Massage in Tyrone
- Ivy Massage on Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta
Investigators arrested six people:
- Yuhan Zhang
- Yang Wu
- Haoran Zou
- Charles Shetterly
- Yuhong Wei
- Anthony Ramsey
Authorities say several of the suspects are facing charges under Georgia’s RICO Act, along with charges including pimping, keeping a place of prostitution, prostitution and masturbation for hire.
During the operation, law enforcement agencies also worked alongside victim advocates and interpreters from the GBI and Homeland Security Investigations.
Investigators identified nine individuals as potential victims of human trafficking and connected them with assistance programs and support services.
Police say the investigation also resulted in the seizure of more than $400,000 in cash and eight vehicles believed to be connected to the alleged criminal enterprise. Investigators also froze bank accounts tied to the case through legal process.
The Peachtree City Police Department credited numerous agencies for assisting with the operation, including the GBI HEAT Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, the Gwinnett County Police Department, the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, the South Fulton Police Department and the Union City Police Department.
Authorities say the investigation remains active and ongoing, and additional arrests and charges are possible as investigators continue reviewing evidence.
