ATLANTA — Police say a man died after being stabbed near a park in Southwest Atlanta.
Police said they were called to the 1300 block of Oakland Drive around 5 p.m. Saturday. The address is the Rev. James Orange Park at Oakland City.

The man was found with stab wounds nearby and taken to the hospital, where he died. The name of the victim has not been released.

Atlanta police are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
Police have not released any information about a potential suspect.
