ATLANTA — Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced the launch of a new website chatbot designed to help residents quickly locate information on the agency’s online portal.
The tool is named GABBY, an acronym for Georgia’s Automated Bot, Built for You.
The chatbot aims to reduce the time visitors spend navigating multiple pages on the website or calling the agency’s call center.
