Metro Atlanta to see frigid temperatures this weekend

ATLANTA —

Get ready for a bone-chilling weekend.

Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said that cold air will rush into north Georgia Friday night as a coastal storm develops, which will bring frigid temperatures to metro Atlanta and possible flurries in north Georgia on Saturday.

Friday’s low is 22 and Saturday’s high in metro Atlanta is just 36 degrees.
