Major League Soccer released the 2021 schedule Wednesday, and for the United and their supporters, it means 34 matches over the course of the season stretching from mid-April to early November.
The squad will get three FIFA International Breaks spaced out over the course of the season, giving them some time to rest their legs. The MLS schedule does not include any potential CONCAF Champions League matches.
United qualified for that annual tournament in 2020.
The regular season begins in full on April 17 with a match vs. Orlando City SC. in Orlando, and wraps up Nov. 7 with a trip to southern Ohio to play FC Cincinnati.
All told, United will have 17 home matches and 17 road matches this season.

One note for fans is the United’s plan to have fans in attendance this season. They’ve not finalized details yet on attendance numbers, but Channel 2 Action News will update that once we’re able to find out.
Another highlight for fans not able to attend are 14 national TV matches scheduled for the season on either ESPN, FOX or Univsion. The other 20 regular season matchups will be on Sports South or Sports Southeast and the teams radio partners, Sports Radio 92.9 the game and La Mejor (Spanish broadcast).
