BUFFALO, N.Y. — A New York woman pulled off an ignominious trifecta -- she was arrested three separate times Tuesday for three different charges, investigators said.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office said Sarah Szymanski, 28, was first arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, WKBW reported.

She was processed and released.

She was then processed and released with notice to appear orders.

Later, Lancaster police arrested and charged Szymanski with obstruction of governmental administration, reckless driving, speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation and failing to stop at a stop sign, WKBW reported.

Last, Erie County deputies arrested and charged Szymanski with grand larceny, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an additional traffic violation stemming from a scheme to sell fake Best Buy gift cards.

A victim contacted investigators after meeting Szymanski through a social media market place app. He gave her $1,450 for Best Buy gift cards to use to buy a laptop. She then went into the store, bought a printer and left in a waiting vehicle with the rest of the victim’s money, WKBW reported.
