JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — Lemons spilled onto a Colorado interstate after a freight truck caught fire and backed up traffic, authorities said Wednesday.
The fire closed the eastbound lane of Interstate 70 near Golden, KUSA reported. The truck burst into flames at about 3:30 p.m. MDT, the television station reported.
It is unclear what caused the blaze, according to Colorado State Patrol officials. The driver was not hurt, troopers said.
