Police: Armed civilian took down shooter at Washington state Walmart

TUMWATER, WASH. — Police are responding to reports of a shooting inside the Walmart Supercenter in Tumwater, Washington.

The fire department told KIRO7.com they are calling it a "mass casualty incident."
