WRCB reported Sexton was charged with aggravated child abuse or neglect, resisting arrest or obstruction of legal process and disorderly conduct.

Earlier this month, Sexton, 24, was charged when concerned viewers of the video contacted authorities. In the video, Sexton appears to shake her baby, pick her up with one hand, then drop her onto a pillow. She also appears to be smoking and blew smoke into the baby's face.

Assistant District Attorney Ben Boyer told McVeigh it would be difficult to prove neglect and said prosecutors would not be pursuing charges.
