CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — A man wanted in connection with a quadruple shooting has been taken into custody, Clayton County police said.
Patrick Ramon Moore was arrested at 11 p.m. Tuesday in Marietta by a U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.
The shooting happened Monday shortly after 10 p.m. at the Regal Pointe Apartments in Morrow.
Investigators said Moore got into a verbal argument with four people and opened fire on them with an AK-47.
Tracey Burton Jr., 20, of Riverdale, was later died from his injuries. Another person was struck in the chest and taken by Life Flight to an area hospital. A third victim was struck in the hand, and a fourth person was grazed by a bullet.
