ALPHARETTA, Ga. — UPDATE: The restaurant was reinspected and passed with a 97.

-----

A North Fulton County restaurant near North Point Mall recently failed its second health inspection in six months.

On Sept. 7, Lobster House -- known for its hibachi and sushi menu -- got a 55 on a health inspection.

The Alpharetta eatery also failed in March with a 59, and then got a 90 on a reinspection two weeks later.

This time, the violations included accumulation of dead or trapped insects, rodents or other pests in control devices in food prep area; observed cold-held foods, including clams, not held cold enough; and employees using the same tongs to place raw chicken and raw beef on the hibachi grill, which is a cross-contamination risk.

Channel 2's Carol Sbarge went to Lobster House to ask about the violations.

At first, a manager told her, "No comment." Then, he said the failure had nothing to do with food items, just labeling.

An intervention meeting was held Thursday between management and the Fulton County Board of Health.

Management says everything is clean in the restaurant and temperatures are good. We’ll let you know the new score when Lobster House is reinspected this month.
