CARTERSVILLE, Ga.,None — Severe weather this weekend in north Georgia will keep one business closed on Monday.

The front of Hobby Lobby is still intact but the backside is caved in after a quick-moving storm blew through Cartersville.

"(The rain) was just filling up the road and the front of my house was flooded," said customer Matt Scroggins.

The storm dumped a huge amount water, causing the roof on the backside of the Hobby Lobby to collapse and bricks to crumble.

"It's all caved in and an air conditioning unit is just hanging so nobody can go in there," said Scroggins.

The store was closed when the roof caved in on Sunday. No injuries were reported.

A Cartersville fire captain said the damaged area is about 50 feet by 70 feet.

Concerned employees came by, but they were not allowed inside the store.

There is no word on how long the store will remain closed.
