DALTON, Ga.,None — A man who police said got a massage at a massage parlor then robbed the employees is now in custody, said a representative for the Dalton Police Department.
Robert Wiggins, 33, of Whitfield County, was arrested after police got an anonymous tip after the release of surveillance photos from the robbery, investigators said.
