FORT OGLETHORPE, Ga. — Fort Oglethorpe police are searching for a couple who were seen on surveillance video taking a donation jar from a restaurant.
According to WTVC, video shows the couple sitting near the cash register at the El Matador Mexican restaurant last Thursday.
When an employee turns away, the woman grabs the jar and, with help from the man, puts it in her purse and they both leave.

WTVC said the donation bucket is for a boy who has bronchiectasis, which is a condition where the bronchial tubes of the lunges are permanently damaged, widened and thickened.
