MABLETON, Ga. — Cobb County police said a man was arrested after he tried to videotape underneath a woman's skirt at a local Kmart store.
Investigators said Alejandro Paniagua Pretega, 28, followed a woman around the Kmart store on Mableton Parkway in Mableton on Tuesday. Police said a witness told officers Pretega tried to videotape underneath the woman's skirt without her knowledge.
Pretega was arrested and charged with felony eavesdropping.
He was being held at the Cobb County jail without bond because of an immigration hold.
