DECATUR, Ga. — Family members say a 2-year-old who was hit by a van while in his stroller is in the hospital.
The crash happened late Tuesday night on Ruth Place in Decatur,
Family members said a driver hit a mother pushing her child in a stroller.
The driver's mother-in-law said the street is dangerous and dark
"My main concern is the people involved, especially that baby, so I'm just hoping she's alright. It's going to be on my heart all night," said Matecia Johnson.
Johnson said police cited her son-in-law for the crash.
