GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A tractor trailer carrying thousands of pounds of ice cream overturned Wednesday morning blocking lanes on Spaghetti Junction.
The incident happened on the ramp from Interstate-85 South to I-285 South.
Several lanes have reopened but traffic is still slow in the area.
