CUMMING, Ga. — Carrington Academy held a raffle, and one lucky student had the opportunity to cut principal Tiffany Batts' hair for a good cause.
Throughout October, students sold raffle tickets to raise more than $100 for their school's Relay for Life team and the American Cancer Society for the chance to cut off more than a foot of their principal's hair.
The hair will be donated to nonprofit organization Children With Hair Loss (CWHL), which gives human hair replacements to children at no cost.
