MARIETTA, Ga. — The wife of Moses told Channel 2 Action News she's very apologetic for the pain her husband caused.

She said he has mental health problems and hasn't been right the last couple weeks after an illness and the wrong mix of meds.

She had dropped him off at another hospital in North Fulton, where she says he was denied care and may have been confused.

"I want to reach out to the family and say I'm so sorry," she said.

Moses's wife says he suffers from schizophrenia, paranoia and other behavioral disorders.

"Let them know he had mental health issues, that he need his medication. If they gave it to him I'm not sure. That could be another reason he was so unstable,"  she said.
