FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. — Officers responded to an emergency plane landing on a metro Atlanta highway Friday.
Peachtree City Police said a single-engine aircraft started to have engine trouble. The pilot was able to land safely on Hwy 74 southbound near Peachtree City Athletic Complex.
Police said there were no injuries.
Officers describe the moment they came across the plane on the highway, on Channel 2 Action News starting at 4:00 p.m.
