CONYERS, Ga. — Two weeks after a school bus carrying Salem High School football players overturned, the Seminoles were back on the field.

Channel 2’s Ashlyn Webb is live in Conyers at the field where they played their first game.

This wasn’t just their first game back. It was homecoming.

Sixteen players couldn’t suit up, but they were still very much a part of the game.

And with nearly a third of the roster sidelined, the players who could take the field stepped up into some unfamiliar roles.
