ATLANTA — If you planned to renew your license or car registration in January, state departments want to remind you about scheduled closings.
The Georgia Department of Driver Services will close Jan. 14 until Jan. 18 for system upgrades. The Georgia Department of Revenue will close Jan. 13 until Jan. 18 for the same upgrades.
Online services, kiosks and the DDS 2 Go app will be down along with vehicle registration and title services.
Both departments will reopen on Tuesday but asks for patience as their staff adjusts to the upgrades.
