ATLANTA — A popular stretch of the Atlanta BeltlLine Eastside Trail is closed until further notice.
The City of Atlanta Watershed Management announced Wednesday that a portion of the Beltline Eastside Trail near John Wesley Dobbs Avenue, between Irwin Street and Montag Circle, would be closed for repairs.
This is just before Krog Street Market.
Businesses will remain open and can be accessed from the street.
People walking in the area should be careful.
DETOUR
- Traveling northbound on Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, turn right on Lake Avenue NE, left on Montag Circle toward Eastside Trail or continue straight on Lake Avenue NE, turn left on Elizabeth Street NE toward Eastside Trail.
- Traveling southbound on Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, turn right on East Avenue NE, left on Alaska Avenue NE, use stairs or turn right on North Highland Avenue NE, left on Sampson Street NE, left on Irwin Street NE, right on Eastside Trail.
