Police: Teen shook neighborhood with homemade explosives

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Clayton County bomb squad checked a home for explosives early Thursday morning after neighbors reported multiple blasts that have shaken their neighborhood.
 
Police say the blasts were caused by a 16-year-old setting off homemade explosives at his home on Cedar Bend Court.
 
Investigators said they have charged the teen with possession/manufacturing of a destructive device, reckless conduct and having an explosive device.
