GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police in Gwinnett County are searching for a man they say is trying to take pictures of women inside Target stores.

The suspect is going after women at big box stores, according to police. He's using his cellphone by reaching around to get pictures when women crouch to get something off a bottom shelf.

Snellville police gave Channel 2 Action News surveillance video from a Walmart on Scenic Highway where the man allegedly was caught recording video in April.

The video shows how the man gets down to the ground and reaches around the corner to try and get pictures up the skirt of a woman shopping down the next aisle.

After about 10 minutes, he eventually gets up the courage to go down the aisle. Police said that's when the woman asked him, "What are you doing?" He allegedly replied "Nothing" and then ran off, almost running over two kids on this way out.

Police said the man then drove off in a 2005 champagne or silver-colored Honda accord.

"Right now, we're looking at charges of peeping Tom and possibly stalking, based on what we see in the videos," said Snellville police Sgt. C.G. Roberts.

Police believe the same man tried to get pictures of another woman at a Snellville Target. Investigators said they think the man did the same thing also in December at another Walmart in Loganville.

Police say so far, four women have come forward but they think more victims are out there. They also said they believe there's a good chance he's local since he's targeting stores in this area.
