GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County police say a pickup truck driver hit and killed two people and injured a third outside a billiards hall early Tuesday morning in Norcross.

Channel 2′s Darryn Moore reported at the crime scene outside Corona Billiards at 5265 Jimmy Carter Boulevard.

Police say there was a dispute inside the bar involving a driver and three victims. They’re still investigating what the argument was about.

The survivor is being treated at a hospital. The names of the three victims have not been released.

Jose Basulto, 40, has been arrested and taken to the Gwinnett County Jail.

The suspect in the killing left the scene in a white pickup truck but was followed by witnesses on South Norcross Tucker Road. He was eventually pulled over by an off-duty officer working a security job, police say.

Though the suspect is in custody, investigators would still like to speak with witnesses. They are encouraged to call GCPD detectives at 770-513-5300.
