CANTON, Ga. — A man has been charged with felony eavesdropping after he took pictures of a woman using a tanning bed, police said.
Giovanni Anibel Calleja, 25, of Woodstock, was taking pictures or video of a woman Aug. 21 as she used the tanning bed at Anytime Fitness at 3753 Marietta Highway, police said.
As officers responded to the call, the caller told the 911 operator that Calleja was trying to leave in his vehicle, but it wouldn't start. A police sergeant arrived and spoke to everyone involved.
Detectives said Calleja has committed similar acts numerous times over the past year.
Detectives are working to find out how many videos were taken of other victims during that time frame.
