DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police and fire officials have lanes shut down on Moreland Avenue just off I-285 after a box truck overturned Thursday.
DeKalb County Fire Rescue Crews ordered an expanded evacuation area.
The truck was carrying around 300 gallons of hydrogen peroxide, and it began to corrode other materials being transported.
A specialized cleanup crew has been dispatched, fire officials said. Wreckers will begin righting the truck once the hazardous material has been safely removed.
There are no reported injuries at this time, officials said.

DeKalb Fire Rescue said they are on the scene. They said the truck may have been leaking hazardous material, but it is now contained.
The east and west ramps to Moreland are closed while the crash is being cleared.
Moreland Avenue northbound at Cedar Grove Road and southbound at Henrico Road are also blocked off.
