ATLANTA — Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend has filed a motion seeking the dismissal of the lawsuit filed against him claiming he stole money and abused Brown.
The lawsuit was originally filed in Fulton County Court in June by Bedelia Hargrove, who was appointed conservator and "responsible for Krissi's assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims."
The suit is seeking $10 million in punitive damages from Gordon over alleged abuse and stealing "in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account while she was in the hospital."
The lawsuit laid out allegations that Gordon abused Brown and stole money from her on several occasions.

The suit claims the abuse included "punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair."
It claims in January 2014 Gordon "perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did so," and "the misrepresentation that (Gordon) was Brown's 'husband' was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact."
In August, the lawsuit was amended to add the allegation that Gordon gave Brown a "toxic cocktail" and then placed her facedown in a bathtub the day of Brown's death.
Brown died in July after months of medical care in a hospital, at a private facility and then hospice care.

Gordon filed a motion on Tuesday asking that the lawsuit be thrown out, labeling many of the allegations as scandalous and unfounded.
The document states Gordon "admits that he had several types of relationships with Ms. Brown and that Ms. Brown considered themselves married and help themselves out as such although they did not legally get married before her passing."
The document goes on to say that Gordon, "tried to 'wake up' Ms. Brown and attempted to get her to react and that he performed CPR on her, and (Gordon) further admits that others unsuccessfully attempted to resuscitate Ms. Brown," the day she was found unresponsive in her Roswell home.

Gordon hasn't been charged criminally in the death of Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of the late singer-actress Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown. The district attorney's office has said it will review the investigative file.
An initial autopsy found no obvious cause of death and the medical examiner's office said it would likely take several weeks to rule on a manner and cause of death.
