NFL PLAY 60 is the National Football League's campaign to encourage kids to be active for 60 minutes a day in order to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity.

The kids Blankenship talked to said they could accomplish their goals, and it is the real thing.

"It feels like I’m an NFL player, because the pros go through all this,” Adrian Hernandez said. “They have to train. They have to work hard. I'm planning on being in the NFL. Maybe the greatest ball player of all time. And I'm trying to get as much practice as possible."
